Pages in reports

As in the reporting module for users, each page of the report has a tab in the lower part of the program window in the administrative module:

The report pages in the administrative module are of three types:

  • Pages created by the administrator (in red color);
  • Personal pages of users (in blue color);
  • Pages of other users, who gave you access to their report (in green color), the so-called shared pages.

When you open any report, you will initially see only your pages (admin pages) and the pages with shared access. In order for you to see other users’ pages, you need to click on the icon on the toolbar:

In the window that appears, you need to select the users whose pages you want to see:

For quick search among a large number of users, a search field is provided:

After that, except for the shared pages, the user’s own pages (john) appear in the list of report pages, including all user measures/sets/calculated elements (created by this user):

In addition to the possibility to see user pages, the administrator can also manage them (that is, perform all actions similarly to the user’s shared pages). This process is described in more detail in the documentation on the reporting module.
