To apply the access parameters set up for the role to a specific user you have to add the user to that role. This can be done easily. Switch to the \u201cReport Users\u201d tab, select the user you want, and in the bottom part of the window select the \u201cRoles\u201d tab:<\/p>\n

Press the \u00abRefresh\u00bb button to refresh the list of roles and to be able to see BAT-role you have recently created:<\/p>\n

To add the user john to the role \u201cTest Role\u201d, simply check the box in the \u201cIs in role\u201d column near this role and press \u00abSave\u00bb:<\/p>\n
