<\/a><\/p>\nActions on the report are permitted to this user depending on their profile.<\/p>\n
You can see the list of all profiles on the tab \u201cDesigner Profiles\u201d:<\/p>\n
For each profile using \u201cAccess Level\u201d field you can select the set of allowed actions in the report:<\/p>\n After you selected the value, you can see the list of allowed actions under it:<\/p>\n This list is a description of the value you selected in the field.<\/p>\n A designer profile also defines the following:<\/p>\n After installing the system you will see 7 already created profiles in the list of designer profiles. Those profiles are created only for your convenience. You can change or delete them, and also create your own profiles.<\/p>\n Let\u2019s give an example. Click on the label \u201cClick here to add a new row\u201d and fill in the name for a new profile:<\/p>\n Next fill in the settings in the bottom of the form like it is shown in the picture and press \u00abSave\u00bb:<\/p>\n Now let us assign this profile for the user \u201cjohn\u201d on the \u201cReport Users\u201d tab. Call the context menu for that user and select the \u201cEdit Report User\u201d item:<\/p>\n In the user editing dialog change the profile to the \u201cTEST PROFILE\u201d and press \u00abSave\u00bb button:<\/p>\n Let’s enter the report module under the user \u201cjohn\u201d, and open any report.<\/p>\n Attention!<\/strong> If you don\u2019t see any report, do not forget, that the user can have no rights. In this case enter the tab \u201cReports\u201d and use the button <\/a><\/p>\n<\/a><\/p>\n<\/a><\/p>\n\n
