Olap as Data Sources

Click “New dashboard book” button in a toolbar:

A window appears, where you should write a name for the «Interactive Dashboard». Select the “Olap” data source:

You will see a form with the following data:

• Connection type
• Server name
• User name
• Password
• Catalog – select a data catalog that contains cubes
• Cube name – select a cube that provides OLAP

If you selected “Local cube file”, specify the path to the required OLAP cube.

If you selected “Custom connection” string, specify a connection string in the “Custom connection string” editor.
